Combined together, Harts Delight and Harts Terrace are located in Chocolate Hole, St. John, in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Guests have the option to rent Harts Delight (upstairs), Harts Terrace (lower level), or both levels (whole house).
Harts delight
Harts Delight is a tastefully decorated two bedroom villa on the upper level of a privately owned house.There is a one bedroom detached vacation rental (Harts Terrace) on the lower floor of this home as well. Both rentals share a common driveway and parking area with separate entrances. They have complete privacy from one another. The pool is not shared or used in any way by the lower rental if Harts Delight is being rent out at the same time of stay and has complete privacy.
Harts Delight Villa feature two full baths, air conditioned bedrooms, high vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, a spacious Great Room and a large screened in porch area with views you will never want to take your eyes off! To offer the utmost privacy, each bedroom is located on opposite sides of the villa. Spending your days lounging at the pool and eating dinner at the table on the screened in porch or the deck are great ways to spend the day when not enjoying the other parts of the island! The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king size bed for a couple or left as two twin beds to accommodate children.

Harts Terrace
Harts Terrace is a beauitfuly decorated one bedroom condo on the lower level of a privately owned house.There is a two bedroom vacation rental (Harts Delight) on the upper floor of this Villa. Both rentals share a common driveway and parking area with separate entrances and complete privacy from each other. It is the perfect cozy apartment set up for a couple, yet still has the feel of a spacious villa. The space features an air conditioned large bedroom with king size bed and an in suite full bathroom. It also provides an indoor and outdoor sitting area to watch a movie or enjoy a cocktail with an impeccable view.
Harts terrace being nestled up on Harts Terrace is the ideal setting for a couples vacation, quietly nestled in to the picturesque hills of Chocolate Hole on the South Shore of this beautiful island. Awaken each morning to the breath-taking views of Harts Bay and St.Croix in the distance.
You will enjoy all paved roads on your way to your vacation villa. Upon coming down the driveway you will experience a home with beautiful landscaping as you find yourself relaxing immediately upon entering the villa. Within walking distance of the Westin Resort, Harts Terrace is less than a two minute drive to the popular village of Cruz Bay, offering many dining and shopping options, places to just sit and relax sip a cocktail and take in the relaxed pace of Island life.
The hillside offers fabulous ocean views to Hart Bay on the covered porch area where you can relax and dine while taking in the ocean breezes. A full separate kitchen is provided for preparing those laid back meals and a gas BBQ on the porch makes steaks and seafood the perfect Island treat.

Full kitchen to the right of the entry way door, complete with a wine chiller, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, blender and kitchenware
The screened-in porch has access to the master bedroom through sliding glass door and an exterior door to the pool area
The living room flows in to a spacious screened-in porch with an intricate view overlooking the island's natural beauty
On the opposite end of the porch, sliding glass doors lead to the guest bedroom. Pocket doors containing screens, can be drawn to discourage misquotes

Master bedroom contains a king size bed and overhead A/C unit. Attached to the bedroom is a sink and vanity which leads to the master bath containing a glass shower

The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be utilized separate or they can be pushed together to make a king sized bed. In suite full bathroom can be accessed from the living room as well

Harts Terrace Detached Kitchen & Dinning Area
Downstairs kitchen includes a full kitchen complete with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. All kitchenware included. The doorway to the left of the stove contains a front loading washer and dryer for guest to do laundry as needed
Harts Terrace Bedroom Studio
Harts Terrace functions as a studio apartment with a king sized bed and a large sectional. This rental features an in-suite full bathroom with a glass shower identical to those pictured in Harts Delight
